Role-Overview

The B2B Sales / Business Development Specialist will focus on onboarding wholesale businesses to trade in high volumes on the platform. This is a dynamic role requiring a strong network, strategic relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in the financial or cryptocurrency sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and onboard high-volume wholesale trading clients.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Leverage existing client networks and databases to drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding processes and client experience.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities

  • Represent the company at events, trade shows, and industry forums to expand its market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in crypto, financial services, or fintech.
  • An established portfolio or network of high-volume trading clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
