Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk with experience in working on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data related to product listings, sales reports, inventory management, and other relevant tasks within Amazons Seller Central or Vendor Central. This role requires strong accuracy, a good understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon, including pricing, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Manage inventory data, tracking stock levels and updating them on the Amazon platform as necessary.
  • Process sales data, returns, and customer feedback, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in generating sales reports using Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, and organize data for management review.
  • Monitor product performance and flag discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams.
  • Research and analyze product performance trends, keyword rankings, and customer preferences to optimize listings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, complaints, and sales transactions in company databases.
  • Perform regular audits of data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information aligns with overall marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is required.
  • Experience in data entry, e-commerce, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Knowledge of SEO, product optimization, and keyword research for Amazon listings is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
