Job Overview:
We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant with experience using the Amazon platform, specifically Seller Central or Vendor Central. The ideal candidate will manage live chat interactions with customers, resolving inquiries related to products, orders, and returns on Amazon. This role requires excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of Amazons ecosystem, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to assist with inquiries, order status, product questions, and returns.
- Handle multiple live chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring quick and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Use Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central to track orders, update shipment statuses, and provide support on product listings.
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues, escalating to internal teams when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback on Amazon, address concerns, and assist with managing product reviews and ratings.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and Amazon policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with returns, refunds, and replacements, following Amazons guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve complex customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and report common issues or feedback to management.
- Adhere to performance metrics, such as response times, customer satisfaction, and chat quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or virtual chat support preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Amazon policies related to orders, returns, and customer feedback.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
