Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to ensure that all designs align with our brand and effectively communicate our message to our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design graphics and layouts for online training courses, marketing materials, and website

- Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs

- Ensure all designs align with our brand and effectively communicate our message

- Create and edit images, videos, and animations for online courses and marketing materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

- Assist with the development and maintenance of our brand guidelines

- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to gather design requirements and feedback

- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital or e-learning environment

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with video and animation software (i.e. After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
