Video Production Assistant

As a Video Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the creation of our online training courses. You will work closely with our production team to assist in all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all video content is of the highest quality and meets our standards for accuracy and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the production team to develop and execute video concepts and scripts

- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during filming

- Assist with location scouting and set preparation

- Manage and organize video files and assets

- Review and select the best takes for the final video edit

- Edit and add graphics, sound effects, and music to create a polished final product

- Collaborate with the team to ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet project deadlines

- Continuously seek ways to improve video production processes and techniques

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in video production, preferably in an educational or corporate setting

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

- Experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
