Remote Junior Video Editor

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content for various platforms, ensuring high-quality visuals and sound. You will collaborate with our production team to understand project goals and assist in the post-production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into compelling video content that aligns with our brand and messaging.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in the selection of audio, graphics, and other elements to enhance the final product.
• Maintain organized project files and ensure all edits are backed up and documented.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to continually improve editing skills.
• Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions for new projects.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is preferred.
