  • Lead infrastructure projects end-to-end: office build-outs, network deployments, access control systems, and cloud service integrations

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint engineering
  • Proven hands-on experience with at least one enterprise MDM solution (Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune)
  • Experience with identity management and SSO: Google Workspace Admin, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML/SCIM integrations
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for IT workflow development
  • Currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of device lifecycle management: zero-touch deployment, .mobileconfig profiles, and compliance enforcement
  • Solid networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, and enterprise-grade Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for IT infrastructure services
  • Strong Atlassian tooling knowledge: Jira, Confluence, and JSM administration and workflow design
  • Excellent documentation habits, process-driven mindset, and strong cross-team communication skills

Nice-to-Have / Preferred:

  • Experience deploying SCIM bridges (e.g. 1Password SCIM on AWS ECS/Fargate); familiarity with BioStar 2 access control
  • Certifications: ACMA/ACME (Jamf), Microsoft MD-102, AWS SysOps, or ITIL; background in fintech or regulated environments

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Flexi start between 08:00 and 10:00, giving you control over how you structure your morning.

  • Access to training resources and development opportunities that support your professional growth.
  • Well-stocked office with snacks, drinks, and refreshments available daily.
  • A multinational organisation that promotes a strong, collaborative culture
  • Regular team-building events and company activities that strengthen collaboration across teams.
