Business Development Manager, Laos

Our client is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. They are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Business Development Manager, remotely in Laos.

Responsibilities:

• Grow your region by converting leads and building strong client/partner relationships
• Find and engage trading professionals through online platforms.
• Promote the company and its products via effective local channels.
• Support onboarding of clients, affiliates, and partners, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams on sales content.
• Monitor and optimize partner performance to meet KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Travel to conferences and meetings as needed.

Candidate profile:

• Experience in FX/CFD or online trading is preferred.
• Lao speaker with fluent English; regional experience or connections a plus.
• Client-focused with strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and writing abilities.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
