Emerald Zebra Recruitment is on the lookout for a QA Engineer to join our clients growing team, working with a well-known client in the banking industry
In this role, you will work in an agile environment across web and mobile projects, focusing on manual and automated testing to maintain the high quality of our digital products. You will collaborate with developers and product teams, design and execute tests, and ensure that the product meets both technical and business requirements. What You'll Be Working On:
- Gather, review, and analyse business and system specifications
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure the quality of features
- Design and execute test cases (manual and automated), and analyse results
- Conduct tests across systems, browsers, and devices (Web & Mobile)
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to the Development Team
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Work cross-functionally to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify and track key KPIs for product quality
- Prepare and present QA reports and quality metrics to Senior Management
What You Bring:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

3-4 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer (general QA focus)

Strong technical background with experience in:

Writing clear, comprehensive test plans and test cases

Documenting and troubleshooting errors effectively

API testing

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows

Proficiency in test management software and bug tracking tools

Automation testing experience is a strong advantage
- Fluent in Greek (both written and spoken)
- Experience with Playwright for test automation
- Proficiency in Python
