Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Casino Product Manager to take full ownership of the casino vertical across the platform and brands.
This role is responsible for managing and improving all casino-related areas, including slots, live casino, mini games, game lobbies, categories, provider integrations, aggregator communication, game launches, and overall casino product performance.
The Casino Product Manager will ensure that the casino offering is well structured, commercially optimized, technically stable, and continuously improved in terms of user experience, engagement, and revenue performance.
The role also includes active involvement in the development of the company's slot aggregator, working closely with internal teams, external providers, commercial partners, and management.
Sportsbook, racing, virtual sports, and e-sports are not part of the core responsibility of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full casino product across platform and brands.
- Structure and optimize the casino lobby, game categories, provider pages, filters, search, tags, and game visibility logic.
- Ensure all casino content (slots, live casino, mini games, crash games, table games, and game shows) is correctly organized and displayed.
- Manage communication with slot aggregators and casino game providers.
- Coordinate timely launches of new games, providers, and content updates.
- Track upcoming releases and ensure key content is delivered on schedule.
- Work with Tech and QA teams to test game integrations, including demo/real modes, metadata, compatibility, and availability.
- Ensure accuracy of game data (names, providers, categories, images, RTP where applicable, and market availability).
- Monitor casino product performance including engagement, game popularity, provider performance, and revenue contribution.
- Identify underperforming games, categories, and providers, and propose improvements.
- Develop and improve casino category logic (e.g. New Games, Popular Games, Megaways, Bonus Buy, Live Casino, Blackjack, Roulette, Crash Games, Jackpot, etc.).
- Support CRM and Marketing teams with casino campaigns, promotions, tournaments, drops, and game launches.
- Work with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure responsible and compliant casino product setup.
- Support development of the internal slot aggregator product.
- Contribute to aggregator requirements, onboarding flows, game management tools, reporting, and back-office functionality.
- Communicate with providers regarding integrations, commercial terms, fees, revenue share, and promotional packages.
- Support negotiations on provider agreements and commercial conditions where needed.
- Maintain structured documentation of providers, integrations, launches, and commercial setups.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, QA, CRM, Risk, Payments, Support, Account Management, and Management teams.
- Prepare casino product reports, performance analysis, competitor insights, and improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Casino Product Manager, Casino Manager, Gaming Product Manager, Casino Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of online casino products (slots, live casino, mini games, crash games, table games, game shows).
- Experience working with slot aggregators or casino content platforms.
- Strong understanding of casino lobby structure, UX, and game categorization logic.
- Experience managing game launches, provider communication, and content operations.
- Strong understanding of player behavior and casino revenue drivers.
- Experience working with Product, Tech, QA, CRM, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Support teams.
- Ability to analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Good commercial understanding of provider pricing models, revenue share, and promotional agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple providers and launches simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in game setup, metadata, and launch validation.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the casino product.
