Our client, a  Financial Services Group (CFD brokerage),  is growing its team in Dubai, UAE and looking for an experienced Financial Analyst.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support their Capital Markets activities by delivering high-quality financial analysis, market research, and investment insights across CFD-related asset classes. This role combines analytical expertise with market knowledge to provide valuable recommendations that support business decisions, client engagement, and promotional initiatives.

What does the job look like?

• Conduct financial and market analysis across CFD-related financial instruments.
• Identify investment opportunities and assess their commercial feasibility.
• Monitor financial markets, economic developments, and industry trends.
• Analyze financial product performance, returns, risk metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare research reports, market commentary, and analytical publications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
• Produce presentations and communicate findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and other internal teams on client-facing initiatives.
• Support webinars, campaigns, educational content, and promotional activities by providing accurate market analysis and financial data.
• Ensure all analytical outputs comply with applicable regulatory standards and relevant requirements.

What will you need to be able to do the job?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, capital markets, investment research, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, and CFD products.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience preparing research reports and presenting complex financial information.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
