Our client is a licensed digital payments and crypto company serving institutional clients worldwide. Were looking for a Finance & Operations Associate - someone detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow in a fast-moving fintech environment.
You'll handle real accounting work - from journal entries and reconciliations to management reporting, while learning how finance operates in a modern, tech-driven company.
What You'll Do
- Post journal entries and maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Produce monthly management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Reconcile multiple bank and payment accounts
- Execute payments, track expenses, and support daily cash flow operations
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
- Collaborate with the teams to streamline internal processes
What Were Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on accounting / bookkeeping experience
- Experience posting entries, preparing reports, and managing reconciliations
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Attention to detail, integrity, and excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Interest in fintech, payments, or digital assets
