In your new role, you will play a key part in the smooth operation of high-level strategic initiatives by providing seamless administrative support. Your ability to handle confidential matters, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities will be central to the success of this role.

Your daily responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met. - Oversee office operations and liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and service providers.
Support event planning, team-building activities, and company initiatives.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent communication in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
