Senior Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Bank reconciliations and reconciliations of all ledger accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Prepare budget forecast and monitor budget performance & expenditure control
• Ensure that accounting records are prepared and kept up to date on a monthly basis and in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs)
• Oversee all financial transactions, including payments and investing money
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Lead the preparation of the annual budgets
• Develop and document appropriate internal controls and compliance procedures so that corporate, operational, financial and other risks are managed and monitored effectively
• Liaise with the external auditors, banks and law firms

Requirements:

• BA Degree in Accounting and Finance
• ACA/ ACCA qualification will be considered as advantage
• Experience in a similar role in an International Group of Companies is a must
• Working experience with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs)
• Experience with MS Office
• Native/ Fluent in English
