Our client is seeking an experienced Account Manager Team Leader to guide and lead a team of high-performing Account Managers, nurture key client relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and upselling.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Account Managers, ensuring team success in managing B2B client portfolios.
  • Build strong relationships with key B2B clients, onboard new clients, and manage ongoing partnerships.
  • Upsell new products and offerings to existing clients, driving revenue and expanding the product footprint.
  • Work closely with Product, CRM, Operations, and Compliance teams to address client needs and streamline communication.
  • Manage multiple clients, oversee marketing activities, and report on KPIs, revenue, and performance to leadership.
  • Ensure the team meets KPIs and revenue targets, aligning efforts with business objectives.
  • Understand partner needs, provide training, and foster the growth of the Account Manager team.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting products and services.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in team leadership, preferably in Account Management or B2B services.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working closely with internal teams across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Asana) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Already based in Cyprus - EU Citizenship is a must
