Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted headhunting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee development and retention.
  • Support performance management, onboarding, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Use insights from market trends and analytics to refine talent acquisition strategies and enhance employer branding.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to improve recruitment practices and HR processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the fintech or related industry.
  • Exceptional networking abilities, advanced candidate sourcing expertise, and a track record of delivering high-quality hires.
  • Native in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, and multicultural environment.
  • BA Degree Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with HR certifications considered an advantage.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary, depending on experience: 22K - 24K EUR Gross/ Year
  • Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 (30-minute flexibility from 08:30 to 17:30)
