About the job Corporate Administrator
We are seeking a Corporate Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join a well-established provider of corporate services in Nicosia.
In this role, you will manage key corporate administration tasks, ensure compliance, and provide vital support to a diverse local and international client base, as well as internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day matters with the Cyprus Registry, including company incorporation, name applications, changes to shareholders/directors/registered office/secretary/articles, submission of financial statements, share capital changes, and ordering new certificates.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Update and maintain both physical and electronic company files and profiles.
- Provide administrative support in communication between auditors, accountants, and in-house client accounts departments.
- Assist clients with company formation and preparation of relevant documents.
- Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve departmental standards and targets.
- Perform other duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the role and the services provided.
Requirements:
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of company formation, administration, and statutory matters.
- Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering regulations (due diligence & KYC).
- Proficiency in Quorum software is an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Competence in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Information:
- Salary range, depending on experience: 1800 to 2300 Euro gross per month
- Working hours: Mon to Thurs 08:00 to 17:00, Friday 08:00 to 14:00
