Client Relationship Officer

We are looking for an experienced sales and account management professional to grow and manage client relationships, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. In this position, your goal is to promote our client's products and services while building long-term partnerships to drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction through timely communication via email, phone, and web chat.
• Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Ensure customers receive their products and services on time, track client metrics, and manage projects that align with both client and company goals.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
• Share ideas for improving processes and mentoring junior team members.
• Meet deadlines while handling multiple client accounts.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in relevant training.

Skills and Requirements:

• BA Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
• Experience in Sales, Account Management or in a similar role is a must
• Experience in FinTech or payments will considered as advantage
• Relationship building and problem-solving skills
• Analytical thinking

Salary depends on experience: 18K - 24K EUR Gross/ Year + commissions
