We are seeking to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client in Limassol.
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT projects, ensuring strict adherence to budget, timeline, and project scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless execution and delivery of projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetary constraints.
- Develop, maintain, and update project proposals, including project objectives, technologies, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Set and track project milestones, addressing and managing unforeseen delays while realigning expectations as necessary.
- Document and communicate stakeholder requirements, integrating them into a transparent change management process.
- Establish and implement comprehensive project communication plans, providing regular status updates to relevant staff and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize project data to prepare detailed status reports.
- Facilitate the change management process and develop change plans within the scope of the project.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex project details clearly.
- Deep understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Thorough knowledge of IT procedures, practices, and trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other specialized project management tools.
- The ability to motivate teams and manage the successful completion of projects within a set timeframe.
- Ability to plan and facilitate creative workshops for project kick-offs, envisioning sessions, and other IT project-related presentations.
- Ensure quality assurance and project governance as outlined by the Group.
- Professional certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Experience with project management tools.

- Salary depending on experience: 50,000 - 60,000 EUR gross per year.
