Product Development Manager

The role is open for Cyprus, Malaysia or any other locations and it could be hybrid or fully remote.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate efforts across diverse international teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless development cycles.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product features from conception through rollout, ensuring alignment across internal teams and customers.
• Take responsibility for developing and enhancing the social trading platform, driving its success within the market.
• Analyze data and user behavior, initiating improvements and enhancements based on trends and performance metrics to boost user experience.
• Regularly interact with users to gather feedback, adapting and improving the product in response to real-world insights.
• Utilize market research and sales data to maintain competitive, viable products, ensuring the offerings remain aligned with industry trends.
• Track the development process, ensuring all projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• BA degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in product development, and a strong track record in the CFDs industry.
• Experience with Brokeree products and FXBO CRM will be considered as advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give ideas and suggestions for the success of the business
• Analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Excel in time management, planning, and execution, bringing structure and initiative to every project.
