PSP Analyst

Are you experienced in payment process analysis and ready to make an impact? An exciting opportunity awaits with our client, an industry-leading iGaming service provider  as they seek a PSP Analyst to join their team in Limassol.

If you have strong Excel and analytical skills, previous experience in a similar role, and are a fluent English speaker, we want to hear from you.

• Experience in a similar position
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Gaming background will be considered as an advantage
• European citizenship

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyzing daily approval rates across all payment methods and monitoring account balances
• Utilizing payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates
• Reviewing identified issues and reporting them to relevant technical teams
• Assisting teams with relevant information on decline reasons and alternative methods
• Researching, negotiating contracts, and onboarding new payment providers
• Coordinating new implementations to meet compliance and regulatory requirements
• Conducting settlement calculations
