Responsibilities:

- Support the distribution of IT tasks, especially during peak periods or staffing changes, ensuring consistent performance and availability.
- Drive efficiency by reducing the response time for IT issues, helping to boost productivity and offering timely technical support.
- Grow your knowledge in specialized areas such as network management, security, or user support, allowing you to deliver targeted, high-quality service.
- Play a crucial role in maintaining uninterrupted IT operations, particularly during unexpected absences or transitions, through proactive support and maintenance.
- Help scale IT capabilities in line with the organizations growth, ensuring that systems and processes evolve to meet increasing demands.
- Elevate the quality of IT services through diligent maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in building scalable, secure systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- While not mandatory, certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a strong advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to think strategically.
