iGaming CRM Account Manager, Limassol Cyprus

Do you have CRM experience, strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of HTML and CSS? 

Our client, a leading iGaming company in Limassol, is looking for a CRM Account Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing and optimizing innovative marketing campaigns that captivate and retain users across multiple channels.

Information: 

• Salary Range, depending on experience: 2000 to 2200 Euro gross per month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
• Hybrid Mode (2 days from the office, 3 from home)

What you'll be doing:

• Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns
• Analyzing and reporting on campaigns results
• Optimizing campaigns and working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email, sms, web push, pop ups, etc.)

What you will need:

• Hands on CRM experience, preferably in the iGaming industry  
• High technical aptitude with a data-driven mindset
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data analytics
• Proficiency in English, with excellent multitasking capabilities
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Familiarity with online Bingo games
• EU citizenship (required)
• Account management experience, including working with VIP players would be an advantage
