Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Talent Acquisition Manager - Chinese speaking.

Your primary responsibility will be to attract and engage the winning team who is driven to work, grow and succeed! Reporting to: Head of People (remotely), Head of Office (locally)

Major markets: Malaysia, SEA, China

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment cycle: vacancy approval, briefing, definition of recruitment strategy, attraction, interview management, communication with the candidates & hiring
  • Deliver outstanding onboarding experience and content in partnership with the hiring managers to keep early attrition to 0
  • Leverage technologies (i.e. BambooHR) to provide high level of employee experience, measure and infuse improvements
  • Adjust global approaches to local specifics, including Employer Branding
  • Manage relationships with counterparts: job boards, agencies and improve of terms and conditions
  • Analyze recruitment & departmental KPIs to reduce bottlenecks

Candidate profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in international team, labor market knowledge and recruitment marketing practices in the region
  • Fluent English and Chinese
  • Ability to weight risks and make decisions autonomously
  • Digital literacy and interest in new solutions and best practices
  • Clear and structured communication, time management and mind
  • Analytical approach and ability to make the numbers tell a story
  • The sense of style, ability to distinguish good and bad design
  • Solutions-oriented mindset
