Senior Product Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the core banking software, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market demands.
• Define the product vision, working closely with stakeholders to optimize revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead product research, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage multiple product journals and prioritize product development initiatives.
• Configure system/software based on evolving business requirements.
• Manage and negotiate relationships with third-party suppliers to optimize product offerings.
• Drive product innovation by incorporating new features and improvements.
• Engage in competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain strong working relationships with development teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Foster collaboration, brainstorming, and effective communication across departments.
• Quantify and analyze business value for new features and feature enhancements.

Candidate Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management and business analysis within the fintech sector, particularly in the payments/banking industries.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, ledger mechanisms, and behaviors.
• Experience with virtual IBANs (vIBANs), IBANs, and payment rails such as SEPA and SWIFT.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear specifications and product descriptions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to synthesize and analyze complex information quickly.
• Strong teamwork, coordination, planning, and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Info & Benefits:

• Salary Range, based on qualifications and experience 4,000 to 5,000 Euro Gross.
• Bonus based on performance
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
