Junior Financial Systems Analyst

In this position, you will make a direct impact by supporting the implementation and optimization of OneStream, an advanced EPM platform that's transforming financial processes in organizations around the world. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting EPM Implementation by helping the configuration and deployment of the OneStream modules, turning stakeholder requirements into high-impact financial solutions.
• Work directly with users across departments, providing guidance to maximize the systems functionality, streamline reporting, and ensure top-quality data.
• Design interfaces that link OneStream with other core applications, enhancing data accessibility and improving organizational insights.
• Bring data to life with custom reports and dashboards in OneStream, giving leadership the tools they need for smarter financial decision-making.
• Adjust system functions to meet evolving needs, helping ensure OneStream stays responsive and relevant.
• Working closely with users, implementation partners, and the finance team to address issues quickly and update procedures as needed.
• Develop guides, requirements documents, and SOPs that make complex system functions understandable and accessible to the broader team.

Requirements:

• BA Degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field with a strong technical component.
• Basic SQL knowledge and, ideally, exposure to other programming languages or tools.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel (including macros); experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset and a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English, essential for working with global stakeholders and teams.
