About the job Systems & Network Engineer
You are System and Network Engineer with some experience and you would like to work for a hosting provider that offers IT Support to a large portfolio of clients around the world. Terri at Emerald Zebra has a new role for a Mid-Senior Level System and Network Engineer to join their client and their growing team in Larnaca.
You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of both in-house and client infrastructure solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support Level-2 Technical Support
- Assist in developing, managing and improving tasks & scripts through automation.
- Supporting day-to-day operations, maintenance, monitoring and upgrading of both internal and client infrastructure solutions
- Prepare/maintain technical documentation and participate in relevant audits/assessments.
- Investigate, Troubleshoot and provide resolution to incidents affecting the Company's infrastructure (internal systems, client services, remote data centers network infrastructure, etc)
- Planning, installing, configuring, and supporting internal and clients' infrastructure solutions (Linux & Windows Servers, Routing/Firewalls, Hypervisors, cPanel)
- Coordinate work related to the Company's remote Data centers worldwide
- Performing any other duties as assigned by Management
You have:
- At least one (1) Year experience in the IT industry
- Proven experience in any of the following: Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Networks, Virtualization
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively in a multi-support-channel environment (Skype, Slack, Emails, Ticketing System, Phone)
- Basic Networking/Routing skills

Shift schedule: shift work one week a month 15:00 - 23:00.
