From managing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing SEO to creating compelling content and supporting brand growth, you'll play a key role in driving measurable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute the annual marketing business plan with a specific focus on digital marketing. Coordinate and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and services across all digital platforms (social media, website, online advertising).
- Content Creation & Branding: Create compelling content, visuals, and messaging in collaboration with external agencies, to engage our target audience and drive traffic to digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and financial objectives.
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage the company's digital channels, including website, social media accounts, email marketing and other online advertising platforms. Optimize digital presence to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Collaboration with External Agencies: Work closely with external collaborators, agencies, and partners in executing marketing campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan, initiate, and manage events aimed at promoting the company's brand. This includes organizing online and offline events and participating in group events requiring a marketing presence (may involve working outside regular hours).
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ROI, taking into account financial impact and marketing outcomes.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives and financial targets, ensuring that digital marketing activities support overall business goals.
- Marketing Asset Management: Oversee the collection and management of marketing assets, including props, printed materials, and other resources relevant to marketing campaigns and events.
- Reputation & Brand Sentiment Management: Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding promptly to maintain a positive brand image and address concerns, ensuring effective collaboration with operations teams.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ensuring the company's digital presence remains competitive and relevant in the market.
- Constantly maintain and improve the SEO of the websites by performing regular SEO scans and propose solutions. Also to perform regular UX scans to continually refine user experience on the websites by reviewing and updating the design strategy.
- Support any other relevant tasks as requested by the Head of Marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience working in the finance industry, with a deep understanding of finance related marketing activities, previous experience or knowledge relevant to other industries will be considered as an advantage.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and Email marketing tools and practices.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a background in finance or working with financial services.
- Expertise in content creation and visual design for digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Strong project management and event coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage external vendors and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to industry changes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 to 17:15 (45-minute lunch break), Friday: 8:30 to 17:00 (30-minute lunch break).
- Annual Leave Adjustment Policy: 0-3 years of employment: 22 days, 3-7 years of employment: 24 days, 8+ years of employment: 28 days.
- Complimentary lunch every Tuesday and Friday.
