Emerald Zebra is working closely with a CySec regulated Forex company and seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Limassol. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary depends on experience: 24000 - 27600 EUR Gross/ Year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Onsite position)
Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Deliver accurate information about company products, services, and procedures.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints calmly and professionally.
- Verify and process client KYC documentation.
Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to relevant teams.
- Follow up to ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction.
Communication & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Share customer feedback with teams to support continuous improvement.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product features, service enhancements, and policy changes.
- Use product knowledge to proactively assist and guide customers.
Relationship Management
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Enhance customer loyalty through effective communication and support.
- Identify opportunities to retain customers by offering appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
- BA Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support, ideally within the online or financial services industry.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Fluency in Greek and English (additional European languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work on public holidays (additional compensation provided).
- Already based in Cyprus
