Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to shape their technology vision and spearhead the company's growth through cutting-edge solutions. This is a strategic leadership role, where you will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As the CTO, you will take full ownership of the technology division, overseeing the development and implementation of solutions that support both internal products and business expansion. You'll be the driving force behind the company's tech roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, and security while working closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that align with business goals.

In this role, you will lead strategic planning and set priorities for the evaluation, development, and deployment of services, while ensuring seamless integration of new technologies to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency. Managing and mentoring a talented team of tech professionals, you will foster an environment where creativity thrives, and career growth is encouraged.

You will work closely with the executive team to ensure technology decisions are aligned with the company's vision, and you will oversee critical projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will ensure the highest standards of cybersecurity, protecting sensitive data and mitigating risks from external threats.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing a robust technology strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
• Leading the technology team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance product development and business operations.
• Managing the overall technical architecture, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and perform efficiently.
• Identifying opportunities for new technology adoption and driving continuous improvement.
• Overseeing the development and deployment of web-based services, and managing the performance of technology platforms.
• Working closely with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business needs.
• Managing the technology budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources, and delivering key projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in technology roles, with a proven track record in leadership positions such as CTO, Head of Software Development, or IT Director.
• Expertise in software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure, along with strong project management experience.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and lead through change.
• A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of current technology trends and the ability to align technology with business goals.
