Are you an experienced Account Manager in the B2B iGaming industry? Do you thrive in building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery? We are seeking an English speaking Account Manager on behalf of a newly established, forward-thinking platform solutions provider in the iGaming industry.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
- Onboard new clients and build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct demos and training sessions on platform modules and new features.
- Manage and escalate client requests and tasks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze market trends in key regions and provide insights to support business growth.
Your Profile:
- 3+ years of B2B iGaming experience, preferably in account management.
- Native/fluent English (mandatory), any other languages is an advantage.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU.
Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus (Remote until offices are established and then a possibility of Hybrid)
