About the job People Coordinator, Nicosia

Emerald Zebra is hiring a People Coordinator for a growing IT Services & IT Consulting company based in Nicosia  (easy access from Larnaca and Nicosia). In your new role, you'll take ownership of HR operations and play a central part in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience within a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

You will be the go-to person for all things peopleensuring smooth HR processes, supporting team engagement, and helping scale operations efficiently and in line with compliance standards. Your responsibilities will span across employee experience, recruitment and onboarding, HR administration, payroll, systems, compliance, and continuous improvement.

In your day-to-day, you'll:

  • Be the first point of contact for employee queries and support internal communication and engagement initiatives
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment and deliver seamless onboarding experiences
  • Manage HR documentation, support offboarding, and handle visa applications
  • Maintain HR systems, coordinate payroll updates, and administer benefits
  • Support performance cycles and training activities
  • Help implement policies aligned with Cyprus labour law and contribute to HR improvement projects

You bring:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years experience in HR operations or administration, ideally in a multinational company
  • Knowledge of HR systems and Cyprus employment law
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English
