UI/UX Designer - Japan

Are you a Native Japanese speaker with experience in UI/UX Design and looking for a new job opportunity to develop your career?

In this position, you will be responsible to manage end-to-end design projects, to create visual and branding assets, and to ensure consistency across platforms. Responsibilities include developing wireframes and prototypes, optimizing user experiences, collaborating with teams, and staying updated on UI/UX trends to deliver innovative and user-focused designs.

Responsibilities:

• Managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with brand objectives.
• Creating visual assets for various digital and print platforms.
• Overseeing the development of branding materials, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
• Presenting design concepts and proposals for each project
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for web and mobile applications.
• Ensuring consistency and coherence in user interface design across all platforms and devices.
• Optimizing user flows and interactions to enhance the overall user experience.
• Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Advocating for user-centered design principles and advocating for the user's needs throughout the design process.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Native Japanese Speaker.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Previous experience in FX business is a plus.
• Proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of user experiences principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with English and Japanese fonts for bilingual design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in motion and animation for websites.
