The Role:

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing AWS cloud infrastructure for mission-critical systems. You'll collaborate with Cloud Architects, DevOps teams, and software engineers to deliver robust, event-driven cloud solutions that support real-time trading platforms.

Key Responsibilities -

• Deploy and manage fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on AWS for global platforms.
• Design event-driven architectures using EventBridge, Kinesis, SNS, and SQS.
• Develop containerized workloads using Fargate and Docker.
• Optimize networking with VPCs, Direct Connect, and Transit Gateway to ensure secure, low-latency communication.
• Implement security best practices using IAM, AWS WAF, KMS, and compliance with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 standards.
• Automate deployments through CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and GitOps practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Collaborate and mentor, contributing to architecture reviews and continuous improvement.
• Establish disaster recovery strategies leveraging AWS-native tools.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, with 3+ years focused on AWS.
• Proven experience designing and managing .NET microservices in distributed environments.
• Strong background in networking, event-driven systems, and data streaming architectures.
• Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and EventBridge.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator) are an advantage.
