Reconciliation Officer, FinTech, Limassol, Cyprus

We are looking for a Reconciliation Officer to manage the daily reconciliation of all client deposits and withdrawals across the CRM, trading platforms, PSPs, and payment accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily deposits and withdrawals across all relevant systems.
• Identify and resolve unmatched or discrepant transactions.
• Monitor pending, failed, reversed, and refunded transactions.
• Reconcile PSP settlements against CRM and platform records.
• Maintain accurate reconciliation reports and records.
• Liaise with PSPs, Finance, Payments, and IT to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, payments, PSP operations, banking, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM, trading platforms, or PSPs is an advantage.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with high volumes of transactions.
