This role is all about accuracy, problem-solving, and collaboration. You'll be responsible for daily and monthly reconciliations of client funds, supporting both regulatory and financial reporting, and investigating discrepancies. You'll also work closely with internal teams and external partners, helping to strengthen financial operations and improve processes.

What you'll be doing:
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations of client money, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Verifying and reconciling trading transactions, including trade confirmations, settlements, and payments.
- Investigating unmatched items, chargebacks, and payout issues.
- Generating reports and providing analysis on reconciliation activities and financial discrepancies such as revenue reports.
- Preparing regular reports related to clients balances and company performance.
- Identifying weaknesses in current procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting in software implementation.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with internal departments and external partners as needed.
- Preparing fee analyses of service providers by region, by provider, by transaction, or any other requested format to support informed decision-making.
- Assisting in the preparation of regulatory reports that require input from the department.
- Liaising and communicating with other departments where needed to resolve potential issues.
- Preparing accounting records.
- Support the finance and operations teams with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- ACA/ACCA student or member would be considered an advantage.
- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English.

- Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30 to 17:15, Fri 8:30 to 17:00
