Our client is looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support the business owner of a well-established international company - global multi-licensed forex broker.

This role offers the chance to work closely with an entrepreneurial leader on a variety of personal and professional matters. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, and diverse tasks rather than a strict corporate routine.


Key Responsibilities

Property & Investment Support

  • Coordinate renovation projects and communicate with designers, suppliers, and lawyers
  • Research and liaise with agents to explore new property investment opportunities
  • Support ongoing property management, including tenant communication and maintenance coordination

Administrative & Financial Support

  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and follow up on key communications
  • Coordinate with accountants and financial advisors, ensuring all documentation is complete
  • Handle administrative duties related to multiple companies and entities

Travel & Logistics

  • Organize travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Manage expenses and payments related to travel and logistics

Household & Lifestyle Management

  • Supervise household staff, including recruitment, visas, and accommodation
  • Handle day-to-day maintenance and service needs for properties and vehicles
  • Assist with personal purchases, imports, and other lifestyle arrangements

Ad Hoc & Project Support

  • Provide assistance with various personal or business-related projects
  • Take ownership of one-off tasks, finding practical and effective solutions


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism
  • Confident liaising with service providers, legal, and financial professionals
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Valid driving license preferred
  • Experience in property management, administration, or travel coordination is an advantage
