Emerald Zebra is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in the E-Commerce sector to join a global payments and banking solutions provider. If you're motivated by building partnerships with online merchants, driving cross-border sales, and achieving high-value targets, this role is for you.

The company offers a full suite of financial solutions including Payments, IBAN accounts, card issuing, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) products, tailored to support global e-commerce platforms and merchants expanding internationally.

You'll play a vital role in driving new business, selling Payments and IBAN products, and collaborating closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to support growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard e-commerce merchants across multiple international markets.
  • Promote and sell Payments and IBAN products, with opportunities to cross-sell card issuing and BaaS solutions.
  • Utilize your existing network of e-commerce platforms, PSPs, and gateways to generate leads and close deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in e-commerce payments.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close deals aligned with company targets.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and payment regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry expos and e-commerce conferences to enhance visibility and build connections.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development within fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, cross-border settlements, and merchant acquiring.
  • Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
