A well-established, multi-regulated global brokerage firmfounded in Australia and offering CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrenciesis expanding its presence and seeking to recruit a Full-time English and Arabic-speaking Head of Business Development (MENA Region) for its Cyprus office.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Business Development with strong leadership skills and extensive industry experience in the Forex sector, particularly within the Middle East region. Reporting to: Head of Partners & Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the business development strategy across Middle East region
  • Lead, manage, and grow a team of Business Development and Client Relations professionals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value clients and strategic partnerships (e.g., IBs, Affiliates, Money Managers)
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders
  • Proactively recruit and onboard trading professionals via social, professional, and industry-specific platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and leverage effective local marketing channels
  • Drive regional revenue growth by optimizing lead conversion, client retention, and partner performance
  • Negotiate partnership terms aligned with the companys rebate and commission structures
  • Monitor partner and affiliate activity to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide strategic insights and feedback to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and company policies
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and business meetings

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3+ years of senior-level business development experience within Forex field ideally with exposure to the Middle East market
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve commercial targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success in expanding regional market share and building strategic partnerships
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and regional regulatory frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and under pressure
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as needed
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field

  • Interview with People Function member (30 - 45 min) to assess match to our culture
  • Interview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectations
