What You'll Do -
As part of the CRM transformation program, you'll play a key role in migrating from a legacy Back Office CRM to Salesforce CRM, tailoring the platform to meet the unique demands of the trading industry. Your work will directly support client lifecycle management, partner hierarchies, compliance, and high-volume transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Aura, Flows).
- Implementing record sharing, security, and compliance-aligned access models.
- Supporting data/process migration from Back Office CRM to Salesforce.
- Building and maintaining integrations with trading platforms, portals, and external systems (REST/SOAP, APIs, External Objects).
- Monitoring performance and resolving governor limits, errors, and exceptions.
- Collaborating with analysts to translate trading-specific needs into technical designs.
- Participating in code reviews, UAT, release cycles, and documentation.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting production issues.
What is required -
Required:
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura.
- Strong background in API integrations and External Objects.
- Experience with data migration and handling large volumes.
- Knowledge of Partner/BDM hierarchies, client lifecycle flows, case management.
- Direct exposure to trading or financial services workflows, compliance, and onboarding.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules).
Preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with trading systems or partner/client portals.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Background in brokerage, financial operations, or fintech CRM projects.
- DevOps experience.
