About the Role: EMEAA Talent Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager on behalf of our client, a leading confectionery manufacturer in North Holland. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies, managing employee relations, and supporting the company's growth by ensuring the effective management of the human resources function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and training programs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations within the Netherlands.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Support organisational change initiatives and help drive company culture.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align HR policies with business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven ability to handle complex employee relations issues and lead HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
