EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven HR Admin who enjoys working with documents, structuring information, supporting people, and improving HR workflows. If you love clarity, organization, and hands-on operations you will be a great fit for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding
- Request and prepare all necessary documents.
- Draft and sign services agreements.
- Support newcomers with access to systems (Slack, Jira, Confluence, HRM, etc.).
- Organize a smooth onboarding process: welcome meeting, access setup, profile creation in corporate systems, coordination with other teams.
2. Offboarding
- Coordinate tasks between Finance, Legal, Security, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and sign termination documentation (services agreement closing).
- Execute offboarding procedures through the HRM system.
3. Equipment Management
- Process equipment requests and coordinate purchases via Jira.
- Create tasks for the Finance team regarding payments and reimbursements.
- Prepare documents and support employees with ordering and shipping hardware.
4. HR Documentation & Data
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to promotions, position changes, and employee data updates.
- Store, track, and transfer personal employee documents.
- Maintain manual HR spreadsheets used in daily operations.
- Reconcile and update vacation data with the Finance team.
- Coordinate with the developer for HRM updates and data corrections.
5. Corporate Tasks
- Prepare greetings and communications for company events and employee milestones (in English and Russian).
- Support HR Operations with process optimization (onboarding, offboarding, equipment workflow).
- Contribute to the creation and updating of company regulations and policies (EN/RU).
- Participate in HR process automation initiatives.
- Maintain the organizational structure in HRM and ensure documentation alignment.
Requirements:
Hard Skills
- English level C1 or native (fluent written and spoken communication).
- Experience working with HRM systems or participating in HRM implementation/migration.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and experience with HR administrative documentation.
- Experience with HR process automation (onboarding, offboarding, equipment workflows) is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills
- High level of ownership and initiative.

- Willingness to work hands-on and continuously improve processes.
