We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, innovate, and scale our global hiring function. This is a key strategic role for someone ready to build modern, data-driven recruitment practices, partner closely with business leaders, and help shape the future of EMCDs global team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving recruitment excellence across multiple functions and regions.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle from talent mapping and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Conduct hiring briefings and calibration sessions with managers to ensure clear, aligned expectations.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (X-ray, Boolean, and international search) to attract top global talent.
  • Analyze key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-informed process improvements.
  • Strengthen EMCDs employer brand through meaningful candidate experiences and targeted recruitment marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruitment workflows and tools.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within tech, Web3, or sales-driven environments.
  • Proven success in closing Senior and Executive-level roles across multiple markets.
  • Advanced or Native level of English, plus proficiency in another language.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of translating metrics into strategic insights.
  • High level of self-management, ownership, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing, ATS management, and candidate engagement techniques.
