We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody solutions, mining services, and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. This role focuses on measuring marketing performance across channels, analyzing user behavior and funnels, and generating actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies. You will work closely with marketing stakeholders to build transparent reporting, automate analytics workflows, and support data-driven decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive analytical reports to evaluate marketing effectiveness across multiple channels, including performance marketing, direct marketing, affiliates, SEO, SMM, brand, PR, and referral programs.
  • Analyze user funnels, identify drop-off points, and formulate data-driven hypotheses to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests, attribution models, and incrementality frameworks, including marginal ROAS analysis.
  • Build dashboards and alerting systems to monitor key marketing metrics and detect deviations in a timely manner.
  • Support marketing teams with structured analytical insights that directly inform tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain unit economics models for acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing data infrastructure and integrations, including AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, GTM, Segment, and related tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the implementation of predictive analytics, scoring models, and advanced analytical use cases where relevant.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst, including a minimum of 2 years focused on marketing analytics.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization techniques.
  • Strong Python skills for analytics, automation, and advanced data processing beyond basic reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with cross-channel analytics for B2C or B2B products, including cohort analysis and marketing attribution.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Superset.
  • Experience working with ETL pipelines, data integration, and analytical data models.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex calculations and data workflows.
  • Solid experience designing and evaluating A/B tests and marketing experiments.
  • Additional experience with CDPs, Airflow, dbt, or machine learning models is considered a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies across web and mobile environments, surveys, MMM, GDPR constraints, and LAT is a plus.

Tasks

  • Ensure reliable and consistent marketing analytics amid evolving tools, channels, and business requirements.
  • Validate data quality, assumptions, and hypotheses to maintain trust in analytical outputs.
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Own analytical initiatives end to end, from problem definition to delivery and post-analysis follow-up.
