We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive user activation, engagement, and retention across EMCDs ecosystem including mining, trading, and investment products.

This role is ideal for a data-driven CRM professional who combines strategic lifecycle thinking with hands-on experience in campaign management and automation. You will play a key part in scaling personalized communication, improving user experience, and maximizing customer lifetime value in a dynamic fintech and crypto environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies and campaigns across the full user lifecycle from onboarding and activation to retention and reactivation.
  • Design personalized, data-driven communication journeys using segmentation, behavioral triggers, and automation workflows.
  • Plan, set up, and launch campaigns directly within CRM systems, ensuring flawless execution and monitoring performance.
  • Plan and manage omnichannel communications (email, push, in-app, SMS, and messengers) to improve engagement and user activity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Capabilities teams to ensure data quality, accurate event tracking, and campaign measurement.
  • Design and oversee A/B and multivariate testing, applying a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Contribute to segmentation frameworks such as RFM models, lifecycle stages, and activity-based cohorts to enhance targeting precision.
  • Work closely with the CRM Capabilities Lead to identify opportunities for automation, new channel integrations, and process improvements.
  • Propose and launch engagement mechanics such as loyalty programs, bonuses, and personalized offers to boost user retention.
  • Ensure campaign quality and compliance, overseeing QA processes and adhering to communication standards and data protection requirements (GDPR, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing (preferably within FinTech, SaaS, Crypto, or Gaming).
  • Proven success in designing and optimizing CRM campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes (retention, engagement, revenue uplift).
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization principles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Customer.io , Braze, Pushwoosh, SAS MA, or similar platforms.
  • Confident use of analytics and BI tools (Amplitude, Metabase, Tableau, or equivalent) and proficiency with A/B testing methodologies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Data teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior CRM professionals or leading small project teams is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
