RESPONSIBILITIES 

Implementation of the marketing strategy for B2B Payments products (CryptoProcessing, Swap, Payroll).

Planning and executing campaigns to attract and activate merchants, partners, and end users.

Working with analytics: monitoring key metrics (CPL, CAC, LTV, MRR, CPSQL, ROI), preparing reports and recommendations.

Managing contractors and channels (PR, content, KOLs, Ads, events).

Creating marketing materials landing pages, presentations, case studies, email campaigns, one-pagers.

Coordinating with Sales, Product, and Legal teams on go-to-market tasks, positioning, and offers.

Developing and running A/B tests to improve funnel conversions.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech / crypto / B2B SaaS.

Strong knowledge of digital channels (Ads, content marketing, KOL, PR).

Experience in creating and analyzing performance campaigns; understanding of unit economics.

Ability to work with CRM (HubSpot) and analytics tools (GA4, Power BI).

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

CHALLANGES

Developing and scaling new marketing funnels for international markets (LATAM, EU, MENA).

Running campaigns with no corporate inertia: fast pace, need for testing and adaptation.

Complex sales cycles long feedback loops from businesses and partners.

Unpredictability of external factors (regulations, market behavior, payment restrictions).
