Team Lead / Engineering Lead (BackOffice)

EMCD is a global crypto infrastructure company powering millions of users worldwide. Our ecosystem combines a top-7 global mining pool, a secure multi-currency wallet, high-yield crypto savings, and an instant P2P exchange - all in one seamless app.

We're looking for a Team Lead / Engineering Lead with a strong Go background and proven team leadership. 

You'll ensure predictable delivery, high-quality architecture, and team growth, while staying hands-on ~20–30%. The team builds Admin services with high requirements for security, reliability and operational stability, working closely with a PM.

What you'll do

• Lead the team and delivery: planning, prioritization, backlog ownership, risk/dependency management
• Own architecture and key technical decisions (scalability, fault tolerance, security)
• Drive secure-perimeter rollout and enterprise AuthN/AuthZ integrations
• Maintain code quality through reviews, guidelines, and mentoring
• Build critical modules in Go; work with Postgres, Kafka (ClickHouse is a plus)
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, releases, and production stability/observability

Requirements

• 2+ years in an engineering lead / team lead role
• 6+ years in software engineering
• Strong backend system design; confident Go experience.
• Experience owning delivery with a PM
• Security mindset: AuthN/AuthZ, secure environments.
• Practical experience with Postgres and Kafka
• Nice to have: ClickHouse/analytics DBs, SDK/API integrations, FinTech/Blockchain, PHP/JS, high-load or ERP systems
