SEO Specialist

We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will strengthen our organic growth efforts across global markets. In this role, you will work closely with the SEO Team Lead and take part in technical optimization, content development, and data-driven SEO initiatives to increase visibility, traffic, and overall search performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced Web3/FinTech environment and work on international projects.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the company's SEO strategy under the guidance of the SEO Team Lead.
• Keyword research and clustering (for English-speaking and Russian-speaking regions).
• Optimization of metadata (title, description, H1, alt, schema).
• Creating and maintaining the internal website structure (internal linking, sitemap, robots.txt).
• Preparing content briefs for copywriters and ensuring the SEO quality of published articles.
• Monitoring rankings, traffic, indexation, and errors using SEO tools.
• Providing regular performance reports (weekly / monthly).

Requirements

• 2-3 years of SEO experience (preferably in FinTech, Crypto, Web3, iGaming).
• Understanding of technical optimization principles (speed, structure, mobile-first, indexability).
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis of rankings, CTR, indexation).
• Experience with semantic research and SEO content optimization.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Tilda, etc.).
• English level Intermediate or higher (for analyzing English-language SERPs and competitors).
