Process Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

• Configure automation scenarios in Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Apps Script.

• Set up integration scenarios using Zapier, Make, and n8n.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, IT, and information security teams to implement solutions.

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented tools and optimize them.

• Train company employees to use new technologies.

Requirements

• Experience working with Atlassian tools at the project or organization administrator level.

• Experience in writing bots to support company processes.

• Experience integrating solutions using low-code platforms.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical specialists.

• Experience working with APIs is a plus.
