DEFI Manager

We are looking for an experienced DeFi Manager with deep expertise in decentralized finance, a strong track record in designing and executing trading strategies in DeFi, and the ability to build robust trading infrastructure. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance DeFi trading strategies (e.g., yield farming, arbitrage, liquidity provisioning, delta-neutral strategies).
• Develop and optimize trading infrastructure, including smart contract interactions, MEV protection, and cross-DEX execution.
• Conduct deep DeFi analyticsmonitor on-chain data, liquidity conditions, protocol risks, and competitor strategies.
• Risk managementassess smart contract risks, impermanent loss, oracle vulnerabilities, and systemic DeFi risks; implement hedging strategies.
• Backtest and execute strategiesdeploy and monitor automated trading bots, manage gas optimization, and ensure high uptime.
• Evaluate new DeFi protocols for integration, assessing financial risks, security, and profitability potential.
• Track PnL and performance metrics, refine strategies based on real-time data and market shifts.
• Stay ahead of DeFi trendsresearch emerging protocols, tokenomics, governance mechanisms, and regulatory developments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DeFi trading and strategy development (e.g., building arbitrage bots, yield optimizers, or LP strategies).
• Deep technical understanding of DeFi infrastructuresmart contracts (Solidity/Vyper), AMM mechanics, oracles, flash loans, and cross-chain interoperability.
• Proven track record in backtesting and live execution of DeFi strategies with verifiable PnL.
• Strong quantitative skillsexperience with Python/JavaScript for data analysis, backtesting frameworks, and on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, EigenPhi).
• Risk management expertiseability to model impermanent loss, liquidation risks, and protocol failures.
• Experience with DeFi platformsUniswap, Curve, Aave, Compound, as well as aggregators (1inch, Paraswap) and keeper networks (Gelato, Keep3r).
• Knowledge of MEV strategies (front-running, back-running, sandwich attacks) and mitigation techniques.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (ability to discuss complex DeFi concepts fluently).
• Self-driven and analytical mindsetcapable of independent research and rapid adaptation to market changes.

• Contributions to open-source DeFi projects or published research on DeFi mechanisms.
• Experience in smart contract development or auditing.
• Participation in DeFi conferences, hackathons, or governance.
